Barrick Gold of North America is to implement FlexiCadastre* to replace its existing Land Information System. Barrick’s decision follows a successful pilot project undertaken earlier in 2006 that demonstrated the appropriateness of the FlexiCadastre solution to the effective management of mineral rights in multiple jurisdictions.
